Appointment Policy

Appointments are confirmed when they are made. They represent a time and place that are reserved for you. Courtesy reminder calls are made. 

Failing to keep an appointment affects you and other patients. It might allow your dental problem to progress and become more difficult to address. It also affects the ability of others to see us in a timely fashion.

For these reasons, it is important to keep your appointments. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least two working days' notice to avoid a charge. 

We appreciate punctuality. Of course, we know things happen and, if you are running late, we would appreciate a call to let us know you are on your way—we can usually accommodate small delays. 

We know you appreciate punctuality too and expect us to see you on time. If we are running overtime with the patient before you, it is probably because of something unforeseen or an emergency that must be dealt with. If you are kept waiting for such a reason, please understand that we would likewise go overtime for you were it you in the chair instead. We promise to keep you informed and can usually accommodate these delays and still have you out on time.
